The Concrete Method
Over the course of the last five years, I've trained multiple clients, from athletes destined to be professionals, to regular moms and dads who want to keep up with their kids. What I've learned is this: anyone can hire a trainer, try a fad diet or look for some quick temporary results, but not everyone can maintain a strong, fit, and healthy lifestyle.
I want to show you how good it feels to be strong and build confidence in yourself. A lot of other trainers forget that setting up a client up for sustainable success in the future is just as important as working with them on a regular basis.
My goal is — not only to educate you with training — but to also teach you how to live a lifestyle that maintains the healthiest, strongest version of yourself. This lifestyle change doesn't happen overnight. The changing of some habits is going to take hard work, and you’re going to have to believe in me and trust the process.
At the end of the day, I don't want you to be my client forever (unless you want to be, of course!). What I want is to teach you to self-sustain and have confidence in your own experience & knowledge to pursue your best self.
